We are a guesthouse that offer self service rooms and cottages.
From February 1st, a breakfast bag can be prebooked. Groups can be offered breakfast and dinners in restaurant.
The restaurant is normally closed but will open for groups with pre-bookings or on some dates.
Skagi is located on the rough and spectacular west coast of Norway's second largest island, Senja. Experience living in the middle of the small, pleasant, local community Skaland, at the foot of our favorite mountain - Husfjell. The stunning viewpoints in Bergsbotn and Tungeneset, Ersfjord beach are close and within short driving distance. Not to forget the fact that we have the magical, beautiful Bergsfjord next to us. You can watch the Northern Light (Aurora) from september to March, enjoy the Midnight sun from May to July and all beautiful sunrise and sunsets in the other seasons of the year.
Senja Wild and Basecamp Senja are located in Skaland and offer guidet excursions.
You can rent bicycles, snowshoes, paddle boards, hiking poles and more from us. Book this prior to arrival.

From September 1st 2024 we offer a self service guesthouse and cottages. You book and pay online, check in and out on your own and fix your own meals.
From February 1st a breakfast bag is offered and if many guests, breakfast can be served as buffet in our restaurant. Groups and companies can also prebook dinners, caterings, events, open bar, meetings and more.
If a kitchen is important for you, book the cottage. You still get a comfortable double bed, ready made with bedlinen and towels. The cottage has two bedrooms, a complete kitchen and living room and your own small terrace. The cottages are perfect for couples looking for more space and privacy, for families with children or small group of friends.
The guestrooms are in two sizes and are perfect for a shorter stay or for you who dont mind not having a kitchen. You get access to a communal coffee station where you can prepare your own drinks, easy breakfast or meal, with fridge, microwave, a kettle and selection of plates, cups, cutlery. Our inhouse guests can use the spacious, furnished terrace in the front of the house.
The guestrooms offer comfy twin or double beds. For for baby crib or extra bed, book beforehand.
Both rooms and cottages include bed linen and towels, soap and shampoo according to numbers of guests.
If you want to rent activity equipment, if possible please book minimum 2 days prior.
Across the street you will find a nice, local supermarket with Tourist Information and coffee service, open 6 days a week (in summerseason also sundays). Pila pub is also located on the same street and there is as well a Retroshop with easy coffee service.

Groups can be offered a complete package with accomodation and restaurant service. Our capacity is 21 beds in double rooms or 10 single beds. It is possible to increase the bed capacity in walking distance and we are happy to give you an offer if you have a larger group. The restaurant might be able to offer dinner parties for groups of certain size. Events and other opening hours in cafè, bar and restaurant might occure.
